Well funny you should ask...So I don't eat typical breakfast foods. Usually when I wake up Im hungry for a bean burrito or chips and hot sauce, so my morning breakfast consisted of two red skin baked potatoes with white american cheese, sour cream, butter, lemon pepper and nutritional yeast...HALF of my daily calorie intake later, I was good to go. Im hoping to have a salad for dinner and for a snack chips and hot sauce (its my favorite!!!) As far as exercising goes. After I get out of Sambuca Im going to have a private pilates session taught by a teacher in training then if its not raining then Im going to cycle to the gym (planet fitness) for some other stuff. I hope to work off some of my 1,179 calorie breakfast. :) yikes!
Nicole: this post is sooooo funny! I didn't want to go into detail when I said "room for improvement" but since you were so honest I went over by 1000 calories last night! I couldn't believe it. The Tap and Track application on the i-phone BE DAMNED!!!!!! I am hopeful for a more successful day today. So far so good BUT that was the case yesterday before 8pm.
Love the Blog!!!!!!!!!! I am a definite work in progress! I have a Droid so couldn't access the same foodlog, but I found a similar one and vow to complete a full day today. I am very excited about our Pilates summer camp! See you Monday at 6am DIVAS!!!!

wait....my comment was for today..not yesterday (thursday)...On Thursday I did decent. I could always do better, but tomorrows another day:)
